A. CANOLA is 'Citizens Assist New Orleans, LouisiAna,' a FEMA-sanction group of volunteers traveling to NOLA to collaborate in the rebuilding of a communications network in the CBD and beyond. CANOLA is a division of the not-for-profit GreenMonkeys foundation.
